Reporting something

To report an advert, a message, a profile or illegal content, use the report link on the page or the report form; you do not need an account. Reports reach the moderation queue straight away.

Appeals

To ask us to look again at a decision about your advert, message, account or letting agency, reply to the email that told you about it, or write to [email protected].

Letting agencies

Add or change your branch's details in your profile. We verify the agency before its adverts go public, usually within a working day.

Your data

To see, correct or delete your data, see the privacy notice or write to [email protected]. You can delete your account yourself from your profile.

Authorities

Authorities, including UK regulators and the police, can contact our single point of contact at [email protected]. Please say which authority you represent and the legal basis of your request.
